What is Low Density Biomass Gasifiers?


It is a low density biomass gasifiers equipped with Sophisticated Programmable Controller (SPC). It regulates the biomass feeding, ash removal rates, assist the operator during trouble shooting & ensures smooth operations of the system.

  • Quick start-up & shut-down sequences (ten minutes for the cold start & less than three minutes for a hot start, & a three minutes shut down.)
  • It has a hot gas cleaning system.
  • It also ensures a zero waste water discharge.
  • It produces “Char” which is a useful byproduct (it can be briquette with a suitable binder to form an excellent smokeless fuel for wood stoves.
